Qualifications

• Expertise in global health program design, implementation, and management; polio-specific experience preferred; USAID health programming experience preferred.
• Experience providing technical and capacity building support to foreign governments and country teams in low- and middle-income countries.
• Strong analytical skills for developing policy, programmatic and financial performance metrics and milestone frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Support technical engagement and programs in support of national-level MOU implementation related to polio and engagement with Posts, governments, donors, and partners.
• Design and advance global health programs, aligning with U.S. priorities and polio eradication goals.
• Provide technical guidance to Posts and country teams for program implementation and MOU execution.
• Contribute to design and selection of program instruments, metrics, and health financing frameworks.
• Prepare technical guidance documents, tools, and training materials for Department staff.
