Nakupuna Companies seeks a Global Health Security (GHS) Surveillance Analyst to provide programmatic oversight and technical expertise for the Department’s global health security surveillance portfolio. Lead development of programs and policies strengthening multisectoral/One Health surveillance systems and diagnostics, with engagement across governments, partners, and local organizations.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Microbiology, Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Human or Animal Medicine, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years developing, advising on, or managing multisectoral/One Health GHS surveillance systems and/or programs; LMIC experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead programmatic work on human and zoonotic surveillance, advising governments and implementors on best practices.
• Support implementation of innovative surveillance systems and diagnostics in line with USG GHS priorities.
• Design and manage programs advancing U.S. GHS priorities with multisectoral surveillance and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with foreign governments and partners to implement GHS programs in low-resource settings.
• Develop and track surveillance performance metrics and milestone frameworks for U.S. GHS programs.
• Develop guidance, tools, and training materials supporting surveillance activities.
• Monitor GHS program performance, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and briefings for program leadership and stakeholders.
• Be willing to travel internationally to support programmatic needs.
