Nakupuna Companies seeks a Public Financial Management Officer to lead PFM work planning, analysis, and oversight for global health transition programs. The role supports GHSD and PTSC through budgeting, forecasting, and risk management in partner countries.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree and at least 7 years’ experience in public financial management, with strong stakeholder engagement and diplomatic communication skills for high-level government partners.

Formación

• Master’s degree or higher in Public Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in public financial management, budgeting, and financial controls, preferably in an international or development context.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and apply frameworks to evaluate, strengthen, and monitor transparent use of public funds.
• Advise senior leadership on PFM strategies for global health and donor-funded programs.
• Prepare work plans, assessments, reports, and SOPs for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Provide oversight, auditing, and fiduciary risk assessment in public sector contexts.
