Responsibilities

• Lead global technical engagement and provide high-level TB support to countries for design, implementation, and scale-up of innovative approaches.
• Oversee award management, rollout, and monitoring with donor and U.S. government compliance.
• Contribute to strategic design of new program instruments and performance metrics.
• Prepare Congressional reports, briefings, and ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Develop guidance, tools, and training to strengthen country capacity in biomedical innovation and award management.
• Monitor program performance and recommend adaptive strategies to improve outcomes.
