Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in operations, project management, quality, or systems engineering.
  • Ability and willingness to travel globally 25% of the time.
  • Contractor management experience.
  • Experience leading and influencing diverse teams.
  • Ability to drive strategy and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic transformation of proactive work execution as part of the Wind Services transformation.
  • Develop work bundling and optimization strategies driving $50M+ in annual productivity.
  • Lead execution of proactive work across a global fleet of 24,000+ wind turbines, including planned maintenance, fleet programs, and RCA corrective actions.
  • Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time while maintaining quality, compliance, and field execution standards.
  • Partner with Engineering to define, maintain, and improve best-in-class maintenance practices.
  • Maximize fleet availability through maintenance planning, quality oversight, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Services Product Line team to develop and deploy fleet improvement strategies.
  • Support work bundling initiatives to reduce turbine climbs and improve maintenance efficiency.
  • Monitor maintenance performance metrics and drive corrective actions.
  • Identify execution gaps, process issues, and improvement opportunities, leading cross-functional resolution.
  • Standardize maintenance processes across the fleet.
  • Contribute to safety, quality, reliability, and productivity initiatives.
  • Build relationships across Services, Engineering, Operations, and Product Line teams.
  • Enable stronger financial outcomes through self-perform optimization, bundled maintenance strategies, and pricing standardization.
