Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects across hydro, solar, battery, and wind applications.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Establish project expectations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate engineering, electrical, mechanical, and specialty subcontractor activities.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, proposals, correspondence, compliance records, and archives.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage scope changes, discussions, and negotiations.
  • Build customer and stakeholder relationships through proactive communication.
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Lead pre-bid meetings, site visits, project kickoffs, and project review sessions.
  • Partner with Sales and business teams on proposal development and bidding opportunities.
  • Share lessons learned and recommend improvements to project execution practices.
  • Support project planning, procurement, commissioning, closeout, and warranty activities.

  • Comprehensive understanding of standard proposal development tools and processes

  • Able to travel up to 20%

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

  • Experience with Control Systems or the power generation industry preferred
