Field Service Manager

Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Field Service Leader to direct turbine project field activities on site in Illinois, including startup and commissioning, while aligning resources and teams for smooth execution.

You will expand installation capabilities, oversee equipment and budget, and build strong customer relationships. Collaborate with regional Field Service leadership to boost productivity and profitability through teamwork and effective resource use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of related experience in Instrumentation and Control in the Power industry.
• Experience in resource management, risk management, and change management.
• Ability to manage multiple activities while assessing technical specifications.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided now or in the future.
• PE, PMP, or OV400 certification preferred.
• Prior Ovation systems experience preferred.
• Prior Field Service/scheduling/site installations/site management experience preferred.
• Prior project management experience preferred.
• Turbine controls installations and commissioning preferred.
