ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager – Healthcare M&A to join its Market Technology M&A team in a remote role. You will lead technology integration across acquisitions and divestitures and mentor 2–4 Project Managers.

You will manage budgets over $1M, coordinate cross-functional teams across Applications, Infrastructure, Interfaces, and Security, and oversee Day 1 and Day 2 integration activities to ensure operational continuity.

Competenze

8+ years of project/program management in healthcare technology.
Experience managing large budgets ($1M+).
Healthcare experience, inpatient settings preferred.
Experience with healthcare M&A, divestitures, EHR conversions, and large-scale technology integrations.
Proven leadership in managing multiple Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

Lead technology integration and standardization across healthcare acquisitions and divestitures.
Oversee and mentor 2–4 Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage budgets exceeding $1 million, including risk, dependencies, and governance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Applications, Infrastructure, Interfaces, Security, and other technology areas.
Support both Day 1 workforce transition and Day 2 technology integration activities to ensure seamless operational continuity.
