Job summary

Vylor is seeking a senior M&A professional to provide leadership, expertise, and counsel on a broad range of global transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and early-stage investments. You will guide planning, execution, financial modeling, and strategic analysis in collaboration with senior leaders to enable inorganic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• MBA or relevant business/finance experience preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience with M&A transactions.
• Experience leading deal processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in investment banking, consulting or corporate development preferred.
• Excellent analytical, decision-support and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, early-stage investments).
• Lead execution of M&A transactions from planning to agreements.
• Collaborate with senior managers to develop strategic rationale and transaction structures.
• Coordinate due diligence with large cross‑functional teams and external advisors.
• Develop detailed financial analyses and valuation models (DCF, comps).
• Prepare materials for executives and board presentations with insights and recommendations.
• Support post‑merger integration planning and track performance; aid recruitment (including internships).
