Job summary

Variner is seeking a Head of Corporate Development to lead expansion through organic growth and active M&A. This senior role partners with the Board to shape the US growth strategy and to identify, evaluate, and integrate new business units and acquisitions across a global, tech-enabled organization.

Ideal candidates have 7–12 years of progressive strategy/operations and closed buy-side M&A experience, with an entrepreneurial leadership style and the presence to influence at the board level.

• Proven track record in mergers and acquisitions and transaction execution experience.
• Extensive experience in strategic planning and structured problem-solving.
• Demonstrated success in operating within complex and globally distributed organizations.
