Job summary

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, assessment, and execution of mergers and acquisitions and investments.
• Investigate industry trends and growth opportunities, articulating data-driven viewpoints.
• Perform valuation analyses and develop business cases for potential deals.
• Collaborate with CDMA Leaders and business units on strategy development and realization.
• Maintain funnel with pipeline tracking and deal-flow activities.
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership outlining trade-offs and recommendations.
• Participate in post-close integration planning and cross-border collaboration.
• Travel as needed; hybrid role with in-office days in SF.
