Job summary

Vylor, Inc. in Delaware seeks a Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Director to lead global transactions from planning to close, including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. You will work with senior management across functions to shape strategic growth.

Travel is expected; you will build financial models, present insights to the board, and drive post-merger integration. A strong background in finance, analytics, and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 7-10+ years of experience with M&A transactions.
• Experience leading M&A deal processes and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and early-stage investments.
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution from planning through agreements and board materials.
• Coordinate due diligence with large cross-functional teams and external advisors.
• Support post-merger integration and track performance after closing.
