Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (MBA/JD/MD) or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Preferred MBA or other relevant graduate degree from a top-tier institution.
• Experience in financial services/payments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and execute mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures.
• Analyze industry trends and opportunities for growth across Visa's businesses.
• Conduct valuation and business case modeling to inform decisions.
• Lead cross-functional diligence with internal teams and external partners.
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership outlining strategic trade-offs.
