Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree or 2+ years with a PhD.
• MBA or other relevant graduate degree from a top-tier institution preferred.
• Experience in financial services and/or payments is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support growth strategy through identification, assessment and execution of mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures.
• Investigate industry trends and opportunities; synthesize data for stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct rigorous analyses, including valuation and business-case modeling, for guidance on acquisitions and investments.
• Build presentations for senior leadership to convey narratives and strategic trade-offs.
• Assist with post-close planning and contribute to deal relationships across bankers and investors.
