Job summary

Visa's Global Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions team is seeking a Senior Manager to shape Visa’s inorganic growth across geographies. You will identify, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures, driving value through rigorous analyses and cross-functional collaboration with business leaders.

The role demands strong analytical and communication skills, with experience leading complex, multi-workstream projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• MBA or other relevant graduate degree from a top-tier institution.
• Experience in financial services and/or payments strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple workstreams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Visa’s growth strategy through identification, assessment, and execution of potential mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures.
• Investigate industry trends and opportunities across existing and new Visa businesses; articulate views with stakeholders.
• Conduct rigorous valuation, financial modeling, and business-case analyses to guide investments.
• Partner with leaders to develop strategy and identify opportunities in a systematic fashion.
• Build presentations for Visa's senior leadership to convey narratives and strategic trade-offs.
• Support post-close planning and integration/separation activities as needed.
