COREcruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Global Brand Manager to lead the development of a luxury spirits brand across the US and international markets. The role combines hands-on marketing leadership with strategic brand growth in a smaller team setup.

You will lead plans, craft campaigns across digital, social media, PR, partnerships and events, and work with distributors and sales teams to deliver launches and activations. Based in Miami or ETZ.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of brand marketing experience in the spirits or liquor industry.
• Experience growing a brand, ideally in a smaller or fast-growing business.
• Hands-on, creative approach with strong commercial awareness.
• Experience managing budgets and measuring campaign performance.
• Confident communication skills and ability to work across different teams and markets.
• Based in Miami or the Eastern Time Zone.
• Spanish language skills are a bonus but not essential.
