Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Loyalty Co-Brand Credit Card. You will own messaging from application to post-trip engagement, define the value-led narrative, and work with Wells Fargo and cross-functional teams to scale a complex loyalty program across multiple brands.

You will drive testing, use customer insights, and leverage data to optimize member activation and repeat bookings, balancing customer value with business outcomes in a dynamic fintech space.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience on consumer-facing products, with significant work on loyalty, co-branded credit card, or other fintech experiences.
• Deep understanding of loyalty and credit-card spaces, program mechanics, and issuing-bank partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end messaging and strategy across the member journey.
• Define a clear messaging hierarchy and cross-journey narratives.
• Collaborate with bank partner, business, design, and Loyalty Tech to translate loyalty programs into simple narratives.
• Use analytics and experimentation to measure messaging effectiveness and iterate.
• Identify opportunities using market sizing, financial modeling, and product data.
