Job summary

Balanced Body, a world-leading Pilates equipment designer and manufacturer, is seeking a Global Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to oversee US and UK warehouse activities. You will manage inbound/outbound freight, optimize inventory flow, and collaborate with 3PLs to ensure a seamless e-commerce fulfillment network.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in logistics, experience with WMS/ERP, and a knack for cross-border logistics. The role may involve some travel and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in logistics management with 3PL experience.
• Experience stocking fulfilment from manufacturing environments.
• International container shipping experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound freight and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate cross-border transportation and customs documentation.
• Collaborate with external logistics partners on warehouse operations.
• Manage inventory flow, plan replenishments, and conduct audits.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and reduce costs in logistics.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, safety standards, and policies.
• Prepare logistics reports and analyze data for improvements.
• May travel to international warehouses.
