  • Collaborating with external logistics partners to oversee warehouse operations, including setup, tracking customer feedback, and evaluating potential new partners.

  • Monitoring and managing the flow of inventory to guarantee product availability, planning for replenishments, conducting inventory audits, and addressing discrepancies.

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency in logistics operations, reducing costs, optimizing resource stocking and utilization, and implementing best practices.

  • Acting as a liaison between internal teams (sales, production, purchasing, shipping) and external partners (suppliers, carriers, customers) to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues.

  • Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Preparing and maintaining comprehensive logistics documentation, generating reports on supply chain performance, and analyzing data to pinpoint areas for improvement.

  • May require some travel to international warehouses.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management while working with 3PL for warehouse fulfilment services

  • Experience stocking fulfilment from a manufacturing environment

  • International container shipping experience required

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Warehouse management system (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g. MS Business Central)

  • Understanding of program integrations (i.e. Shopify to WMS)
