Job summary

Balanced Body in Sacramento, CA is seeking a 3PL Operations Specialist to oversee global warehousing, transportation, and customer service operations. This onsite role focuses on optimizing inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of logistics management experience with 3PL providers, international shipping, and strong data analysis skills. Bachelor's in business or supply chain is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• 5+ years in logistics management with 3PL for warehouse fulfillment.
• Experience stocking fulfillment from manufacturing environments.
• International container shipping experience required.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and manage global warehousing, transport, and customer service.
• Develop and monitor 3PL KPIs related to cost, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize inventory and sourcing.
• Ensure documentation and compliance for warehouse activities.
