ALL.SPACE is seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Manager to oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, customs compliance, and transportation networks. You will optimize international lanes, manage 3PLs, and ensure inventory accuracy across domestic and global supply chains to support growth and customer service.

The role requires 7+ years of logistics and warehouse leadership, with strong knowledge of customs, ERP/WMS, and contract negotiation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound and outbound transportation activities for raw materials and finished goods.
• Organize reverse logistics for field fails, returns, demos.
• Develop and maintain cost-effective domestic and international shipping lanes.
• Establish and manage contracts with freight forwarders, 3PLs and couriers.
• Drive freight cost reductions, delivery performance, and efficiency.
• Monitor carrier performance via KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure on-time deliveries to customers and manufacturing sites.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping.

Job description

The Logistics and Warehouse Manageris responsible forthe strategic and operational management of all inbound and outboundlogistics, warehousing, customs compliance, transportation networks, inventory accuracy, and trade compliance activities. The role ensures the cost-effective and compliant movement, storage, and control of materials across domestic and international supply chains while supporting customer service, operational efficiency, and business growthobjectives.

The position is accountable for developing and managinglogisticsservice providers,optimizingnational and international transportation lanes, ensuring customs and duty compliance, andmaintainingworld-class warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.

The role will include liaising with UK facility and 3rdparty contract manufacturers while executing customer shipments and reverselogisticsfrom thecompaniesfulfilmentcenter.

Logistics& Transportation Management

• Lead all inbound and outbound transportation activities for raw materials, components, finished goods,

• Organisereverselogisticsfor any field fails andreturned productsor demos.

• Develop andmaintaincost-effective domestic and international shipping lane strategies.

• Establish, negotiate, and manage contracts with freight forwarders, courier providers, parcel carriers, and third-partylogisticsproviders (3PLs).

• Drive continuous improvement in freight costs, delivery performance, and transportation efficiency.

• Monitor carrier performance through KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Identifyopportunities for freight consolidation,modeoptimization, and supply chain cost reduction.
• Ensure on-time delivery performance to customers and manufacturing locations.
  

Customs & Trade Compliance

• Manage all import and export compliance activitiesin accordance withlocal and international regulations.
• Ensureaccuratecustoms declarations, tariff classifications, country of origin determinations, and import/export documentation.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert on customs, duties, tariffs, and global trade regulations.
• Provide guidance to procurement, finance, operations, and commercial teamsregardingduty implications and customs requirements.
• Identifyand implement duty reduction strategies where applicable:
• Manage customs brokers and ensure compliance with all audit requirements.
• Lead responses tocustomsaudits, investigations, and regulatory inquiries.
• Warehouse Operations Management
• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations including:
• Receiving,Put-away.Storage.Inventory control,Picking,Packing,Shipping
• Ensure all warehouse bookings and goods receipt transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Develop warehouse capacity plans to support business growth.
• Optimizewarehouse layout, material flow, and storageutilization.
• Implement andmaintainwarehouse operating procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
