Job summary

You will collaborate with material planners, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires ERP/Oracle or SAP experience, knowledge of INCOTERMS, and the ability to handle multiple shipments with accuracy, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/Oracle or SAP and international trade compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines with accuracy.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end logistics duties including shipping, receiving, storing and distributing materials.
• Review and authorize invoices from logistic vendors and carriers.
• Prepare shipping documents such as MSO and shippers declarations for domestic and international shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Support import/export processes, customs clearance and pre-clearance activities.
• Maintain records, reports and data entry for logistics processes and KPIs.
