Job summary

Bruker is seeking a Logistics Coordinator III for our Santa Barbara, CA facility. The role involves handling SAP-based order processing, packing, and shipment coordination for domestic and international destinations, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will interact with multiple departments and carriers, maintain inventory integrity, and support audits. A background in fast-paced manufacturing and SAP systems is preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School graduate.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution and Material Movement modules preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, technical manufacturing environment required.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in inventory software, databases and systems (SAP).
• Analyze, process and prepare orders for delivery in SAP to domestic and international destinations.
• Review and pack orders for shipment.
• Process orders for shipment in standard courier software (FedEx, UPS).
• Select carriers/forwarders for shipments and prepare freight documents.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers, order administration and freight forwarders.
