Job summary

Cisco is seeking a strategic Business Architect to lead the design and optimization of our global supply chain and logistics operations. You will bridge the gap between technical project requirements and operational execution, driving system and process improvements across logistics, tax, customs, and compliance to ensure seamless multi-functional collaboration and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in Program Management, Supply Chain Operations or related field.
  • Experience with Logistics, Tax, Customs knowledge; GTM familiarity.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into BRDs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: identify long-term automation opportunities and scalable architectural solutions.
  • System Enablement: design and deploy integrated systems improving data accuracy and performance.
  • Strategic Intake Management: manage CBM project intake to align with roadmaps.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: write BRDs; develop SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Project Governance & UAT: oversee UAT for logistics, tax, and GTM systems; ensure data integrity.
  • Operational Problem Solving: resolve complex logistics, tax, and customs issues; root-cause analysis.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: evaluate shipping methods and carrier performance; drive cost-efficiency.
  • Executive Communication: present project health and metrics to leadership.
  • AI Roadmap: collaborate on AI capabilities for faster analysis and automation.
