Job summary

Cisco seeks a strategic Business Architect to design and optimize global supply chain and logistics operations. You will bridge the gap between technical requirements and operational execution, driving system and process improvements across logistics, tax, and customs to ensure cross-functional collaboration.

Lead CBM project intake, craft BRDs and SOPs, oversee UAT, and present KPIs to executives while guiding an AI-enabled analytics roadmap for supply chain excellence.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Program Management, Supply Chain Operations in a global technology or manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience with Logistics, Tax, and Customs; familiarity with Global Trade Management (GTM).
• Experience translating complex business needs into BRDs and actionable SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of global supply chain and logistics operations; bridge technical requirements with operational execution.
• Manage cross-functional programs to deploy scalable, integrated systems improving data accuracy and performance.
• Oversee CBM project intake with leadership to align roadmaps and governance.
• Produce BRDs and maintain SOPs to ensure operational consistency and documented requirements.
• Oversee UAT for logistics, tax, and GTM systems to ensure data integrity.
• Resolve complex logistics, tax, and customs issues with root-cause analysis and durable solutions.
• Collaborate with Global Logistics & Trade Compliance to improve shipping methods and carrier performance.
• Create executive-ready presentations and communicate project health and metrics.
• Partner with Data & Analytics to build AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and automation.
