Job summary

Cisco is seeking a strategic Business Architect to lead the design and optimization of global supply chain and logistics operations. You will bridge technical requirements and operational execution, driving improvements across logistics, tax, and customs to enable cross-functional collaboration and excellence.

You will work with stakeholders to manage CBM projects, author BRDs, and drive scalable, data-driven solutions, including AI roadmap initiatives for faster decision making.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Program Management, Supply Chain Operations, or related field within global tech/manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years of experience with Logistics, Tax, and Customs; familiarity with Global Trade Management (GTM).
• Experience translating complex business needs into BRDs and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to identify long-term automation and digital transformation opportunities.
• Lead multi-functional programs to design and deploy scalable, integrated systems.
• Manage intake process for CBM projects ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps.
• Create BRDs and maintain SOPs for operational consistency.
• Oversee UAT for projects across Logistics, Tax, Customs, GTM/GTMD systems.
