PTR Global is seeking a Global Logistics & Trade Project Manager to own end-to-end movement of robotics hardware from PO to delivery and to design a scalable logistics backbone for a new hardware program.

Sitting at the center of Procurement, Trade Compliance, Hardware Engineering, program management, and external forwarders, you will drive automation, dashboards, and proactive exception handling while optimizing routes and shipments.

Qualificações

• Hands-on international logistics execution across cross-border shipping and broker management.
• Knowledge of customs and import/export processes (HTS, origin, duties).
• Experience automating or digitizing workflows with dashboards or AI tooling.
• Cross-functional program management across engineering, procurement, trade and partners.
• Experience in hardware, robotics, or manufacturing logistics environments.
• Strong reporting, data handling, and executive communication skills.
• End-to-end PO/procurement workflow experience (supporting role).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end global logistics execution from Asia suppliers to final delivery with route optimization.
• Coordinate import/export with customs, HTS, origin determinations; manage holds.
• Build automated workflows, dashboards, and AI-assisted tooling to surface exceptions.
• Lead cross-functional program leadership across Procurement, Trade, Hardware Eng., Program Management, Finance and labs.
• Track POs and escalate risks with recommended actions.
• Manage performance of forwarders, brokers, and partners; onboard new logistics partners.
• Lead network design and process optimization across lanes, warehouses and regions.
• Plan for risk mitigation and contingency planning for disruptions.
• Develop visibility and reporting on shipment health, landed cost, and milestones.
