Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a seasoned Global Logistics Leader to design and optimize end-to-end workflows across a rapidly scaling North America network from Santa Clara.

You will partner cross-functionally to develop scalable processes for Mass Production and NPI material movements, drive continuous improvement, and lead AI/automation initiatives within logistics, while managing capacity and vendor performance across 3PLs and carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in global Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain in high-tech or data center sectors.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programs with external partners (3PLs, carriers, brokers).
• Strong data-driven decision making with dashboards and operational reviews.
• Hands-on experience with SAP TMS and ERP systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Network modeling and high-volume FTL road freight experience.
• Ownership mindset with initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep analytical skills with focus on accuracy and data-driven decisions.
• Strong planning and prioritization to run multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs that support logistics processes and drive 3PL performance.
• Develop and deliver end-to-end initiatives on time and within scope.
• Present executive updates on changes, incidents, and long-term strategies.
• Develop logistics programs including future AI/automation capabilities.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to reduce cost and improve capacity.
• Plan capacity and inventory for launches and spikes; rollout new systems and SOPs.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaborators to align service SLAs with supplier commitments.
• Develop, update, and communicate new policies and KPIs.
