Job summary

Armada is seeking a Global Logistics & Trade Compliance Specialist to own international shipments across NAM, ME, and APAC. This 12-month contract-to-hire role is based in Bellevue, WA, focusing on import/export execution, documentation, and broker management to ensure compliant, on-time delivery of hardware and data center components.

You will drive end-to-end shipment visibility, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and build scalable processes to support Armada’s global deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on international logistics and trade compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and documents.
• Proven ability to manage shipments end-to-end across regions.
• Experience with brokers, forwarders, and 3PL partners.
• Familiarity with ERP/TMS platforms; SAP/NetSuite a plus.
• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own trade compliance and import/export execution across NAM, ME, and APAC.
• Prepare and maintain commercial invoices, packing lists, and origin docs.
• Determine HTS/HS classifications and Incoterms; coordinate licensing needs.
• Manage end-to-end movement of high-value hardware and data center components.
• Lead brokers/forwarders and drive issue resolution and on-time delivery.
• Maintain compliance records and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Deployment teams.
