Job summary

Armada- oversees regional distribution activities and manages daily customer network needs to ensure smooth operations. The role includes directing orders, inventory coordination, and proactive issue resolution across DCs and hubs.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in customer service or transportation operations, a bachelor’s in Business/Logistics, and strong MS Office and TMS skills to drive continuous improvement and reliable service levels.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in customer service or transportation – operations experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation or Logistics preferred.
• Experience with LTL, Intermodal, temp controlled, and dry truckload preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the region’s distribution centers and resolve DC issues proactively.
• Direct sales order management, item requests, and promotions planning.
• Identify stock-out situations and communicate resolutions with DCs.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning, DCs, and HUBs to manage inventory.
• Work with Finance to resolve discrepancies and improve KPI metrics.
