Job summary

CB&I Storage Tank Solutions, LLC is seeking a Logistics Manager to plan, coordinate, and optimize end‑to‑end supply chain activities. You will lead a team of Logistics Coordinators supporting major projects, ensuring on‑time delivery, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency across the Western Hemisphere and beyond.

The role requires strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making, and collaboration with Procurement, Project Management, Engineering, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10–12 years of regulatory compliance experience in import/export for oil & gas or construction.
• Advanced knowledge of INCOTERMS 2020 and US trade regulations (ITAR, EAR).
• Willingness to travel 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics team to achieve operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Develop comprehensive logistics plans aligned with project schedules and site needs.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments including ocean, air, rail, and trucking.
• Oversee third‑party providers and negotiate rates and service agreements.
• Ensure accurate documentation, HTS classifications, and compliance with ITAR/EAR.
