Job summary

Burlington Stores in New Jersey seeks an Import Logistics Liaison to serve as subject matter expert and front-line helpdesk support for internal and external stakeholders, interpreting and resolving issues for logistics management. You will help manage Import PO changes, stakeholder reporting, and data integrity initiatives to ensure complete, accurate and timely information.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2–3 years Import/Export Operations/Logistic experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a creative team environment.

Responsibilities

Represent Import Logistics in reviewing and responding to day-to-day matters; resolve grievances and route to stakeholders to prevent shipment delays.
Oversee PO creation and change management in the Import Department; coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet SLA expectations.
Design and prepare daily logistics reports for internal/external stakeholders; review for accuracy and perform root cause analyses to resolve delays and cost increases.
Provide consultation to management to improve supply chain efficiencies; complete special projects and training as assigned by Manager.
