Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks a subject matter expert for Import Logistics to provide front-line technical and interpersonal support for internal and external stakeholders.

You will field, interpret and resolve significant matters on behalf of logistics management and help drive data integrity initiatives across reporting platforms. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage Import PO changes, deliver timely reports, and ensure accurate data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–3 years in Import/Export Operations preferred.
• Experience may be substituted with appropriate qualifications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and liaison for Burlington’s Import Logistics team to resolve issues.
• Provide front-line helpdesk support for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Import PO change management, logistics reporting, data integrity initiatives.
• Prepare daily logistics reports and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with IT/Reporting to upgrade reporting solutions.
• Advise management to improve supply chain efficiencies.
