Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent, with 5+ years leading people and process.
• Experience managing capital shipments internationally and domestically.
• Excellent communication and tailoring messages to audiences.
• Strong ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment with creative problem solving.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global inventory replenishments and final-mile deliveries.
• Translate updates into context-appropriate messaging for stakeholders.
• Support audits with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure documented processes.
• Establish and measure KPIs using data and predictive analytics.
• Lead and develop a team of Specialists with clear expectations.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve gaps in tools and processes at scale.
