Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of people leadership.
• Experience managing capital shipments to domestic and international markets.
• Outstanding communication across varied audiences and levels.
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with creative problem solving.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP/WMS/TMS and MS Office/BI.

Responsibilities

• Own global inventory replenishments and final-mile deliveries.
• Translate updates into context-appropriate messaging for stakeholders.
• Support audits with Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Establish and measure KPIs with data analytics.
• Lead and develop a team of Specialists.
• Collaborate to improve tools and processes at scale.
