You will drive adoption of new da Vinci procedures by identifying key opinion leaders, establishing regional observation sites, and guiding surgical specialists through advanced training and case development.

• Track record of sales excellence in medical devices.

• Expand da Vinci Specialty Procedures utilization by developing KOLs and regional centers.
• Lead strategic market development activities and consolidate pathways.
• Coach and train area sales reps on selling to specialists in hospitals.
• Develop and oversee training pipelines and regional programs for surgeons.
• Serve as market intelligence liaison for marketing and training teams.
• Present to hospital and practice executives on adoption and growth.
