Job summary

Intuitive Surgical seeks a Manager, Customer Training to lead training center operations in our markets and to develop regional training program strategies. You will build and mentor the customer training team, optimize center utilization, and collaborate with sales and leadership to meet business needs.

The role requires 8+ years in training/education, a BA/BS or equivalent, strong leadership, and knowledge of da Vinci System applications. Expect travel up to 30% to support centers and surgeons.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience including 4+ years of Training / Professional Education experience.
• BA/BS degree required or equivalent clinical/medical degree.
• Strategic planning and program development experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support training center operations in direct markets and develop training program strategies.
