Job summary

Intuitive in San Francisco is seeking a Logistics Program Lead to own the global logistical execution behind daVinci and ION customer installations. You will coordinate with Global Logistics, Field Engineers, Sales and Contract Negotiators to deliver on schedule and quality.

The role combines strategic problem solving with clear, audience-tailored communication, translating complex constraints into actionable plans for frontline teams and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global inventory replenishments and customer final-mile deliveries, partnering with Global Logistics counterparts, 3rd party logistics providers, Field Engineers, Sales and Contract Negotiators
• Translating detailed updates into context-appropriate messaging directly to key partner functions, from front line teams to senior leadership (VP and above)
• Support internal and external audits in partnership with Quality and Regulatory teams, ensuring process documentation and discipline that delivers quality through the supply chain to our customers
• Establish, refine and measure KPIs, leveraging data and predictive analytics to drive improvements
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Specialists, establishing clear expectations, supporting professional development, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with partner functions to resolve gaps in tools and processes that hinder efficient achievement of customer and internal goals at scale
