Job summary

Urschel Laboratories, Inc. in Chesterton, Indiana, seeks a Global Logistics Supervisor to lead domestic and international shipping, ensure compliance, and support Urschel’s trade program. You will report daily to the Customer Operations Manager at our corporate headquarters.

Ideal candidates have experience in logistics and transportation, prior supervisory leadership, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is an on-site role at our climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics and transportation operations.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day domestic and international shipping activities.
• Ensure trade compliance requirements are followed.
• Act as escalation point for transportation, documentation, and shipment issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to raise service levels.
