Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field; significant experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation and shipment activities between manufacturing, warehouse, carrier, customer fulfillment, and customer teams.
• Manage collection and delivery requirements, ensuring factory readiness aligns with carrier schedules and customer expectations.
• Monitor shipments in transit using GPS and other tracking tools; identify delays or potential delivery issues.
• Troubleshoot transportation, warehouse, customs, and delivery issues and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Support domestic U.S. transportation as well as international import/export shipments.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and customs docs.
• Work with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to execute shipments.
• Ensure proof of delivery and closeout activities are completed.
• Maintain shipment data, reporting, and forecasts using Excel and ERP systems.
• Analyze transportation data to identify issues, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide timely communication on shipment status, delays, risks, and resolutions.
