Job summary

Magnetics, a division of Spang & Company, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for its Phoenix, AZ facility to process shipments, receipts, and transfers. The role includes ERP and administrative tasks to support the Warehouse Supervisor and operations.

The candidate should have an associate degree or a high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience, ERP experience, and strong communication skills. Forklift operation ability and Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP or related shipping software.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily shipping and receiving activities and maintain accurate records.
• Complete ERP transactions and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipments.
• Coordinate international shipments and receipts; prepare Bills of Lading and Delivery Notes.
