Job summary

Spang & Company’s Magnetics division in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to efficiently process shipments and manage ERP transactions, recipient documentation, and international shipments. The role supports the Warehouse Supervisor and collaborates with Sales and Purchasing to keep inventory accurate.

The candidate will have an associate degree or a high school diploma with three years of relevant experience, ERP experience, forklift ability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or high school diploma with three years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP or related operations/shipping software.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Complete ERP transactions.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries, including international shipments.
• Prepare Bills of Lading and Delivery Notes.
• Communicate with Sales and Purchasing regarding shipments and inventory.
• Investigate discrepancies and misshipments.
• Process RMA and DMR reports.
• Monitor packaging material inventory.
