Job summary

Magnetics, a division of Spang & Company, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ. You will direct daily warehouse operations, oversee shipping/receiving, and supervise staff to ensure accuracy and on-time performance.

Responsibilities include managing ERP transactions in IFS Cloud, inventory setup and cycle counts, safety compliance, training, and coordinating international shipments while overseeing forklift operations and lifting up to 75 pounds; Spanish language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field required.
• Five years of diversified warehouse management and international shipping experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS Cloud) required; forklift operation ability required; lifting up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and participate in all warehouse functions to ensure efficient and on-time shipments.
• Oversee inventory setup and control through cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Manage ERP transactions in IFS Cloud and act as the resident system expert.
• Ensure safety records and staff certifications, and support recruitment and training of staff.
• Supervise staff performance through coaching, counseling, and discipline; coordinate domestic and international shipping.
