Job summary

allwhere seeks an Operations Specialist, Logistics in New York to manage domestic and international shipments across parcel, freight, and returns. You will work hands-on with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and 3PL partners, ensuring timely deliveries while coordinating with warehouses and carriers.

You'll own shipment documentation, optimize routing, track costs, and help scale high-impact logistics systems as allwhere grows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of logistics experience or related operations knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Hands-on familiarity with parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) and 3PL operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments across parcel, returns, warehouse transfers, and bulk freight.
• Create labels, book shipments, schedule pickups, and provide clear instructions to warehouses and partners.
• Validate shipment details and prepare documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists.
