Job summary

EOS IT Solutions seeks a Global Service Lead to orchestrate worldwide logistics and fulfillment operations. You will lead a global team of Logistics Coordinators, ensuring on-time performance, SLA adherence, and continuous improvement across multiple regions.

This onsite role partners with carriers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders to optimize costs and service levels. The role emphasizes analytics, program governance, and automation, with a start date planned for November 2026.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment operations.
• Two+ years leading teams in logistics or supply chain.
• Experience managing global logistics operations (parcel, air, ocean).
• Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs, and trade compliance.
• Experience with 3PLs, carriers, and performance programs.
• Strong analytical skills to drive decisions and improvements.
• Experience with KPIs, SLAs, and executive reporting.
• Proven cross-functional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of Logistics Coordinators.
• Serve as escalation point for critical logistics issues and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and optimize resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop training materials and SOPs for operations.
• Oversee daily logistics activities (parcel, air, ocean, white-glove).
• Monitor shipments, resolve delays, handle customs and DG issues.
• Lead KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Partner with analysts to ensure accurate reporting.
• Lead network planning and standardization across regions.
• Drive automation initiatives and tech integrations.
