Responsibilities

• Align on strategy with leadership and collaborate with cross-functional partners and external agencies to manage daily operations and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Perform data analysis, benchmarking, and risk assessments to identify threats and present briefings on geographical or event-based risks.
• Lead investigations, communications, and reporting related to cargo theft incidents, and manage vendor staff in responding to emergencies and special operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking program metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization, and implementing action plans to enhance our service offerings.
• Lead innovation by identifying and implementing new security hardware, software, and processes while managing relationships with key program vendors.
