Job summary

Google Cloud Security is redefining security for the AI era. As a Strategy and Operations Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional programs across GCS, plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and align stakeholders across offices.

You will own OpEx and headcount frameworks, partner with Finance and People Ops, drive budget discipline and hiring velocity, and develop dashboards tracking budgets and hiring velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• 5 years in program or project management.
• 5 years working with executive stakeholders.
• Experience in product strategy, financial analysis, business generation strategy, economics, executive communication, and go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional projects and briefing for executives.
• Lead end-to-end budget lifecycle and spend optimization; liaise with Finance.
• Own headcount data integrity and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards with key metrics.
• Analyze processes and present recommendations to GCS leadership.
