Job summary

Google Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Global Physical Security Red Team Lead to drive GSRS initiatives. You will lead a team responsible for complex problems, risk analysis, and reporting to strengthen the enterprise security posture across the globe.

Reporting to the Director Global Security Risk Operations, you will partner with cross-functional teams, run red team exercises and facility risk assessments, and develop data‑driven metrics to show ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Risk Management or equivalent.
• 10 years designing and implementing security resilience programs with multiple risk stakeholders.
• 5 years in program management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead GSRS physical security testing and red team initiatives globally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute red teaming and facility risk assessments.
• Develop and monitor metrics to demonstrate program maturation.
• Oversee data-driven decisions and continuous security improvements.
