Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager for Warehouse and Logistics Security Systems to lead the design, standardization, and implementation of physical security across Google's global warehouse footprint. You will manage large-scale deployments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

You will coordinate with internal partners and external integrators to align with global policies and drive secure, scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical, security, or business field.
• 5 years of experience managing physical security technology projects (enterprise access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, physical barriers).
• 3 years of experience in technical program management leading cross-functional teams in logistics/warehousing/industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Author security design templates and specify physical security standards for warehouse systems.
• Oversee security construction from inception to completion with site teams.
• Support vendor bidding, produce technical specs, run RFPs, and manage site walks and as-builts.
• Coordinate security deployments with SOC and COE for real-time tracking and response.
• Partner with Logistics Security to achieve and maintain TAPA FSR Level A Certification.
