Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary logistics projects, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks, and cross-functional updates across offices and time zones. You will oversee data center logistics, vendor interactions, and continuous process improvements to support scalable operations.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end flows, developing business cases for improvements, and driving cost savings and capacity optimization in a global context.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting logistics operations.
  • 10 years of experience working in domestic and international environments.
  • 7 years of experience managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the End-to-End daily logistics operations management, including material and information flow. Also manage third-party logistics (3PL) vendor operating warehouse and data centers in assigned locations.
  • Manage and monitor metrics for KPIs, vendor performance scorecards, and development of business cases to support logistics process changes and/or improvements.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive forward/reverse logistics strategy that aligns with the organization's long-term goals.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, MTTR reduction, and capacity optimization through innovative logistics solutions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the operations team.
